About the Property

Welcome to our lovely 2010, family owned 8 berth Abi Horizon caravan situated on Parkdean Resorts Withernsea Sands in the lovely town of Withernsea.

The caravan is situated a short walk from the main Reception & the beach is just a 5 minute walk from the park.

The site is open all year round which is useful for those who want a quieter break out of season but boasts a full entertainments package in the summer months.

The caravan sleeps up to 8 comfortably in 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin, plus a pull-out double bed in the living area. There is a gas fire in the lounge with panel heating in the bathroom & bedrooms. Duvets & pillows are provided and bedding can be provided at an extra cost or you can bring your own for home comforts.

The lounge area has a 32″ flat screen TV with Freeview, along with a Blue Ray DVD player (with USB slot).

The fitted kitchen has ample worktops and cupboards, a built-in gas oven, grill and hob, fridge with small freezer, microwave, toaster & kettle. In the dining area there is a small dining room table with seating for up to 6 adults or potentially 8 including children. Full crockery, cutlery, kitchen and dining essentials are provided. The family shower room features a full size shower, toilet and wash basin with a storage area for toiletries. There is also a separate second toilet with hand basin. The caravan is fitted with side decking, great for relaxing in the sun. A small table & chairs is also be available for your use.

For your peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm fitted.

This is a strictly a no smoking caravan.

No pets please

Gas and electric are included in the price of your holiday. You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels – and don’t forget the toilet roll!!

Our caravan is our family holiday home & we ask that you treat it with as much care as we do, as we are trying to keep it in excellent condition so everyone can enjoy their stay.
