About the Property

This family friendly holiday home is located on the beautiful Patrington Haven Leisure Park, in East Yorkshire. The Park is set in 40 acres of countryside and has five star facilities for the whole family to enjoy. The Country Club is the place for guests to relax and unwind, there you will find Guy’s Bar and Restaurant, The Spa at the Country Club and the Gym and Pool, with sauna and steam. Guests can relax on the outdoor terrace overlooking the lake, while the children play on the park.

This cosy, home from home caravan, sleeps up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, and an extra sofa bed in the lounge. The double bedroom benefits from an ensuite and there is also a family shower room.

The accommodation has central heating & double glazing and a fire in the living area for extra warmth.

The living area has comfortable, free standing sofas, TV, DVD player and a Wii. There are lots of DVDs for guests to watch during their stay.

The Kitchen has oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and there is a seating area for 4 people.
Outside the caravan there is a private parking area and a gated garden, perfect for children and pets.
It is a short walk to The Country Club with Guy’s restaurant, pool, gym and spa. Guest passes need to be purchased for use of the facilities.

Quilts and pillows are provided and we offer a linen hire service or guests can bring their own bedding.

The caravan, garden and driveway are for private use by the guests.

Holidays are Monday and Friday check in only.

Guests must purchase passes to use some of the facilities onsite including the gym, sauna, steam and pool.

Patrington Haven Leisure Park is located in East Yorkshire and set in 40 acres of countryside.
The village of Patrington is a mile away from the park, with a lovely cake shop ‘Cakey Bakey yum yum,’ that sells the most delicious cakes. Amy’s Cafe and bar, specialises in gin and has live music, ‘Newtons’ Fish and Chip shop and a convenience store for all your essentials.

Getting around

There is a regular bus service to Hull and withernsea that runs through the nearest village of Patrington. Withernsea (6 miles from park) with it’s Blue Flag sandy beach and traditional promenade, coffee shops, pubs and Indian restaurant.
Spurn Point Nature Reserve (10 miles from Park) One of Yorkshire Wildlife Trust’s best nature reserves.
Hull (17 miles from park) has everything you could need with history, culture, shopping, museums and The Deep- one of the UK’s biggest and best aquariums.
The Easington Gas Terminals are a short distance away making it an ideal place to stay whilst working in the area.
