About the Property

Kitchen-A well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster, pots and pans, along with a good selection of crockery, utensils and glasses, in fact everything you need.

Lounge-Spacious comfortable lounge area compromises, 2 seater sofa bed, 2 chairs and a footstool. There is a television unit supporting a Freeview TV with built-in DVD player, electric fire.

A good selection of DVD’s, games and books.

Dining Area- separate dining kitchen area with dining table and 4 chairs.

Bedroom 1-Main double bedroom to sleep two persons, with king size bed, en-suite w.c. and tv, Double wardrobes, vanity mirror and stool, with hanging space and shelving plus, bedside cupboards, hair dryer in wardrobe and ironing board.  Iron is stored under the sink in the kitchen.

Bedroom 2-Twin beds, small bedside cupboards, wardrobe.

2 x Toilets – Compromising shower, hand basin and w.c. basin, mirror and shelving for storage of toiletries.

The caravan is double glazed and has central heating throughout.

This caravan comes with an adjoining private car parking space for one car.

There is a large decked area to the front and side of the caravan with lovely decking furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunshine throughout the day.

It also has a patio area with a wooden garden table/bench for meals outside.

Please note: You will only need to bring with you, your own towels. The duvets, pillows, bed linen, tea towels and bath mat are supplied.

Should you require site passes so that your family can take advantage of all on site facilities, they can be obtained from the main reception at an additional charge.

Should you require Wifi, there is a contact number to connect to Wifinity. The on site Wifi facility information is in the Information Booklet kept in the lounge area of our caravan.

Should you wish to use our private Wi-Fi which is provide by Three network then this is available at an additional charge through the owners directly .

Easy public transport links to Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington close by. There is a Park and Ride into Scarborough only a couple of miles from site.

Good pub food available from “Tow Bar” pub just outside from the park entrance should you wish to dine out close by.

Lots of “Take Out” places will deliver to the caravan park and leaflets are available in the caravan.

Book early to avoid disappointment!

A £75 security deposit per week is required to secure your booking but will be returned after the caravan has been checked following the hire period and found to be in good order. Please note: The security deposit is non refundable if cancellation or damage.

Full payment for your holiday is required 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date. (the security deposit is separate from holiday cost).

Please note that payment via PayPal will incur an additional 3.5% surcharge.
