We let out our Holiday Home for the majority of the season March to late October, at all other times we use it ourselves, Our holiday Home it is in excellent condition well-loved and looked after. Suitable for families large or small.
LOUNGE: The Spacious Delta Large Family offers good levels of design and comfort with its spaciously designed interior and plenty of natural light. The lounge is fitted with comfortable wrap around seating (includes double pull out bed) and has a TV, Freeview, Stereo & a feature Electric fire with plenty of storage.
KITCHEN & DINING: The galley kitchen is modern, spacious and fully equipped to include Gas Cooker, Hob, Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave. Wide Range of Pots Pans & Utensils. We have even equipped a Washer Dryer. The well laid out dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.
BEDROOMS: This holiday home has FOUR bedrooms, The main bedroom is fitted with a Double Bed with overbed storage. at bottom of bed there is a double wardrobe with a mirror & dressing table A TV is fitted for your convenience also. The 3 Twin bedrooms are each fitted with 2 single beds and storage. The Single Beds can be pushed together to form additional doubles if required. our van can comfortably cater for 10 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET; Our holiday home benefits from large shower cubical fitted with sliding door, washbasin and toilet. the holiday home also benefits from a separate toilet and washbasin.
HEATING: Gas Central Heating to all rooms & a feature Electric Fire in Lounge.
VERANDA; No, has a grassed side area with sea views.
PARKING – Parking is available to the side of the holiday home on the grassed area.
All quilts and pillows are supplied. However, bed linen, tea towels and towels are not provided. Gas and electric are included in our prices. We do not include any entertainment passes these will need to be purchased prior to arrival via haven reception or at the time of arrival. WiFi is not supplied to guests. You can purchase WiFi connection at reception. Please be aware that the reliability of this service is not the best throughout the park due to signal issues as this is not supplied by ourselves.
Sorry, but we don’t allow any pets in the holiday home nor do we allow the rental to same-sex groups this is a family holiday home.
This is a strictly NO smoking caravan. Smoke Alarms, Carbon Monoxide Detectors & Fire Extinguishers are fitted throughout for your safety.

£100 holding deposit is required to book the holiday with the remaining amount due to be paid within 8 weeks of the holidays start date. We also require at the final payment a £100 damage bond which is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan after the holiday as long as there is no damage or loss and the caravan is left in a clean state and doesn’t smell of smoke.
Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at the time of booking. Payment is by bank transfer.
In line with site policy, we are unable to accept groups of the same sex or parties under the age of 25. We can accept for example Members of the same family Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Granddaughter, Sister, etc.
No smoking or pets are allowed in the caravan
All Site, Entertainment, & WiFi Passes are to be purchased in a separate transaction with the park reception either prior to arrival or on arrival.
