About the Property

Devon Bay Cottage is a modern relaxing 2 bedroom chalet on Bideford Bay Holiday Park, tucked right on the edge of the park just a few steps from the stunning SW Coastal Path between Clovelly and Westward Ho!

Front row position means unobstructed views out to sea and an open lawn right at the door.
Although the park can be quite steep in areas the chalet is just a short , mostly level walk from the swimming pool, restaurant and entertainment area.

Ideal for 2/3 adults and 2/3 kids, the chalet has the perfect self-catering kitchen, with full size fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, crockery and cutlery, along with children’s plastic cups and plates.

Inside the chalet you can relax on the sofa and watch TV/dvd, or just take in the peaceful view. There is a dining table for 4 and 2 childrens chairs and small table are handy for kiddies meals or playtime.

The main double bedroom has a TV and double wardrobes so plenty space for your holiday outfits. USB charging points in the lounge and main bedroom.
The second bedroom sleeps up to 3 on a double futon sofabed with a single top bunk and sliding doors opening out onto a large grassy area. There is a safety gate to deter escapees !

All beds are freshly laundered and made ready for your arrival. If you need the flip down sofa please ask for linen. There is a travel cot/playpen for BABY available on request.

The fresh and bright bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over the bath. There is a washer/dryer, iron and mini ironing board plus a hairdyer.
Just bring your own towels or request a towel bale.

Outside is a small sunny patio at the rear with gas BBQ or you can pop a chair out front and watch the sunset over the lawn.
A childrens playground and mini golf is within sight of the chalet and is overlooked by the Boathouse restaurant and deck so you can dine and kids can play.
Free WiFi in the clubhouse.
The park has a launderette and a mini market as well as a take away food cafe.

You are welcome to bring your small DOG (£20) max 2 small dogs. Please ask.
Bideford Bay Holiday Park offers many facilities including a clubhouse with bar restuarant and daily shows in season, an arcade and 2 swimming pools.

Park facilities are seasonal and require passes, which you can purchase from reception. They range from £44 to £59 per week and from £30 to £40 for a 3 to 4 night short break. Passes are per chalet
Please note all park facilities are closed from November to February and are subject to Covid 19 regulations. All bookings are refundable or transferable in the event of park closure due to CV 19.

Passes are NOT included in the holiday price.
