Norton Park is spread over 22 acres. The site looks to Start Bay on one side and Old Mill Creek on another providing stunning views to the coast and river. Located 1 mile from the historic town of Dartmouth and only 7 miles to picturesque Totnes, making it an ideal base for exploring Devon.

Norton Holiday Park is a park of privately owned chalets. Providing luxury self-catering holiday chalet accommodation. With the freedom to come and go as you please, you have your own space in which you can relax and take things at your leisure. You can, as many do, use the chalets as a base to explore the many wonderful sites and attractions that are situated within the area. Alternatively, you can just relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity that surrounds the park.

Out and about

Dartmouth has numerous events on during the year. Including the annual regatta (late August) music festival (early May) and throughout most of the year river cruises. Fishing and boat hire are readily available. A favourite full day trip is the “Round Robin” steamer to Totnes, bus to Paignton and steam train back to Kingswear/Dartmouth.

The site lies in the beautiful South Hams area of Devon. Which is renowned for walks with the South West coastal path readily accessible for strolls or more strenuous walking. There are many wonderful beaches including the nearby Blackpool Sands and our favourites at Bantham, Bigbury and Salcombe within 30 – 40 minutes drive.

Rental Season Norton Park rental season is 12 months, January through to December.
