Devon Cliffs Lodge For Hire nr. Exmouth Devon
Brand new 3 bedroom Abi Beaumont Mini Lodge at Devon Cliffs with patio doors leading onto a glass fronted decking with stunning panoramic sea views, with rattan furniture, and large parasole, own designated parking space with a private side garden.
Lounge, with 2 chesterfield sofas pouffe fire and fire surround, table lamp. Tv 43″ with dvd. Patio doors leading onto Glass fronted gated decking with Panoramic views. Dab music, speaker in the lounge ceiling, Usb sockets. Remote controls for fire and music will be left.
Kitchen, With Roman blinds, Lovely 5 ring hob and oven, Extractor Fan, Large light up larder with lots of storage and wicker baskets, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher ( Tablets will be provided) (2) Slow Cooker, Microwave. Free standing table and chairs.
The Main bedroom has a King Size bed Wardrobes, dressing table with chair and plenty of storage. Tv with dvd is on the wall. En-suite double shower with toilet and sink and towel heater. usb sockets.
2 Twin bedrooms, 1 Twin has full size single beds and plenty of storage in both bedrooms, Tvs with dvd in both rooms. usb sockets
Family bathroom with double shower towel heater toilet and sink. Shave point. Plenty of storage. Boiler cupboard.

We had an amazing time at Sues caravan from the welcome to the views it was 5*. Already booked to come back next year counting down the days. Sue thank you for being you and having a beautiful caravan
Booking Terms & Conditions
- We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from groups of persons of all one sex or groups under 21 years of age. The person hiring the lodge must be over 21 years of age.
- In order for us to clean and check the lodge, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure.
- Well behaved pets are only allowed to stay in the lodge as long as they are kept out of the bedrooms. A £25 fee for pets to stay at the lodge. Maximum of 2 dogs.
- We request that you DO NOT SMOKE inside or outside on the decking. This also applies to vaping.
- Unforeseen circumstances: Should the lodge become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a refund of all money received will be given.
- Balance of payment: You agree to pay the balance due not less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date without reminder from us otherwise the holiday will be treated as cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.
- Security Deposit: We will ask you for this on the date of booking. A fee of £200, which will be given back 7 days after your holiday to ensure everything is ok with lodge.
- Insurance: It is recommended that you purchase some form of holiday insurance from your local broker to cover your personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation, personal and public liability etc. This type of cover is standard and not too costly.
- Cancellation of your holiday: If you have to cancel your holiday, you must notify us by email or phone. The date of cancellation is the day when we receive written notification of the cancellation. If you cancel more than (8 weeks) before your start date, then your deposit will be forfeited.
- Bedding: We supply duvets and pillows in the hire cost, but an extra cost for linen fee £25.00 or guests can provide their own sheets, duvet covers and pillows. You will not be able to hire linen once you are on site.
- The Hirer: Must remain with the group for the entire stay of the holiday and is responsible for the rest of the group. Only the people listed on the booking form are allowed to stay in the lodge.
- Caravan Contents: All contents of the lodge, including mattresses, duvets, pillows, seat cushions and kitchen utensils must always remain in the lodge
- Please do not charge your electric car at the lodge point.
- Washing machine and dishwasher tablets are provided (2). Please do not use powder.
