The holiday park is set in 100 acres of woodland for you to explore from your doorstep, and trout fishing is available on the river which runs through the estate. The lodge is located just a few minutes’ drive from the popular shopping town of Auchterarder. The town is famous for its mile long high street, where you will find many coffee shops, an award winning butchers, delis, bakeries, independent shops and boutiques, restaurants and bars.

The famous championship Gleneagles Golf Course and resort with Michelin star restaurant is only 8 minutes’ drive from the lodge. If you want to enjoy a golfing holiday Auchterarder has a fine course and there are numerous excellent local courses within an easy drive. This area of Perthshire has beautiful scenery and countryside for you to explore and enjoy, and there are many outdoor activities to suit all tastes, including walking, cycling, mountain biking and fishing.

This is an ideal location to explore the local area, with Stirling just over a 30-minute drive, with its famous historic castle, the National Wallace Monument and the Battle of Bannockburn Visitor Centre. There are lots of places to eat, as well as a shopping centre, cinema, The Peak Sports Centre and The Kings Park. Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park is just over a 40-minute drive, with lochs and spectacular countryside. Families will enjoy a trip to Blair Drummond Safari Park and Auchingarrich Wildlife Centre. Crieff and Perth are only a short drive away, and you are just over an hour’s drive to the heart of Glasgow and Edinburgh. If you prefer to leave the car behind, then the local railway station provides links to all major towns and cities. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
