About the Property
Pirate Themed Caravan Reighton Sands
Our new pirate themed van is fitted with sound effects, lights and visuals to give a genuine pirate feel that everyone with an imagination can enjoy. The young pirates can pretend their sailing the seven seas with their own ceiling TV giving the effect of clouds passing by through the smashed roof. {perfect for bedtime}. Canon balls are embedded in the walls after smashing through the roof and a treasure map blind decorates the young swashbuckler’s cabin window.
The master chambers (parents room) includes en-suite. TV/DVD with an added touch of class including ornate pirate ornaments, velvet curtains, bedspreads and throws which offer an extra feel of grandeur.
The living quarters include a fun treasure map rug and floor graphics and upholstered seating area. Whilst the captain’s table comes complete with barrel seats to enjoy any hearty meal. Soft lantern lighting throughout gives for a relaxing night for all.
Not all pirates are scurvy dogs – guests will be squeaky clean after a visit to the shower room. Main shower room includes sink with wooden storage underneath, treasure map shower curtain. Themed mirror featuring gauge and pipework with functional blind.
This 37ft x 12ft Willerby Salsa eco 2 bedroom van sleeps 6 and has central heating. Double glazing, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, iron & ironing board, extra outside storage, children’s books, dvd’s. Bluetooth connection in the sitting room, 32” tv with Blue-ray dvd player in the main seating area and tv/dvd in the main bedroom. Bedding provided and beds made up for arrival, (towels not included). There is private parking for 1 car next to the van and additional parking directly opposite.
Terms:
Check in from 2pm and check out 10am. This is a strictly no smoking and pet free holiday home.
A £75 non-refundable deposit plus an additional £100 (fully refundable bond) will be required when paying the deposit to secure your booking. Full payment will be required 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
The £100.00 fully refundable bond is to protect against any damages or missing items and will be refunded within 5 days of departure, subject to checks. Should you decide to cancel your booking this £100 payment will be refunded.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions
By paying your deposit & upon completion of your booking with Adventure-inn ltd you will be agreeing to the following……
We do not accept bookings for groups of same sex individuals, or groups in general.
Our holiday home is strictly for family hire only and will only be available for the maximum stated capacity (6 people).
Only persons stated on the booking will be permitted to stay in our holiday home. A confirmation of each guest staying can be requested by Adventure-inn at any time although failure to provide the required information may result in full cancellation of your booking.
Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to your check in date.
A £75 deposit will be required at time of booking to secure your chosen dates and is non-refundable should you cancel your booking within the 4 weeks of your check in date.
A security deposit of £100 will be required and payable separate to your actual booking via bank transfer. You will receive a full confirmation and receipt via email once the payment has been confirmed. We will fully refund the full security deposit within 5 days after your checkout date subject to checks for damage, breakage, missing items.
Any evidence of smoking/vaping, pets, structural damage, cosmetic damage or intentional/general disregard will ensure your security deposit is not refunded. Any excessive damage which deems the holiday home unfit for re-let will be charged accordingly.
Terms:
It is at all times the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the holiday home is kept clean and tidy and to ensure they abide by the rules and regulations set by the Haven and Adventure-inn ltd.
Loss of any van keys will be charged accordingly and taken from your security deposit.
Adventure-inn do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injuries. Loss caused to any person/persons, property or belongings to the hirer or any third parties during their stay in our holiday home.
Any complaints, grievances, security or safety concerns regarding our holiday home must be reported immediately to adventure-inn and/ Haven direct (24 hour numbers available during your stay). Failure to report any concerns to adventure-inn direct or Haven may results in unnecessary charges being forwarded to the hiring party.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any enquiry or booking at any time.
