About the Property
This lovely home from home caravan is on Parkdean resorts in Cayton bay near Scarborough. A 12 month park ( entertainment complex is closed mid Nov to Feb half term)
Taking bookings all year round, and now taking bookings for 2020
This 3 bed 8 berth pet friendly caravan has 3 steps up on to the pretty south facing veranda, table chairs and parasol. Both the lounge door and the hall door are entered from the veranda. Perfect place to unwind with a tipple on a summers evening.
1 double room & 2 twin rooms.
Shower loo and basin.
Very spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would expect in a holiday home, and a little bit more.
Free standing furniture in the diner and lounge, pretty fireplace, bright and airy. Tv and Freesat.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome and charged at £10.00 per dog.
Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington are all easily accessible from the bus stops outside the park entrance. The beautiful bay is 5 minutes over the road from there too.
Great entertainment for all the family Feb-Nov. Park boasts a large Showbar, boat house bar and grill, indoor pool with flumes, indoor soft play area, out door adventure play area, amusments, fish & chip shop, all weather mini football and basketball pitch, children’s bungee, crazy golf, foot golf, mini supermarket, launderette plus much more.
We cater for short breaks as well as 7 night stays, please ask if your preferred dates are not displayed. Through school holidays our breaks commence on either Fridays or Mondays.

Booking Terms & Conditions
To book we would require a £50.00 security deposit, £75 of bringing a pet, which Will secure your booking and is refundable if caravan is left as found after your departure. It is non refundable upon cancellation . The quoted holiday price would be due in full at least 3 weeks before holiday date. Bookings made less than 3 weeks away will require the full quoted holiday price along with security deposit upon booking.
