About the Property
Now also taking bookings for 2020 as well as for the rest of 2019. Spacious 3 bed caravan on Parkdean resorts in Cayton bay near Scarborough, a 12 month park (entertainment complex closed Dec- Feb half term)

Shower room with loo and basin
Really lovely well equipped kitchen with fridge\freezer, microwave, iron & ironing board etc. You should find all that you need for your self catering holiday. The kitchen opens on to a spacious open plan lounge and diner with plenty of seating for everyone. Tv & dvd player.
Lovely views down the park on to distant fields from the south facing veranda with table and chairs leading off the other outer door in the lounge.
No pets
Scarborough,filey and Bridlington are all easily accessible from the bus stops outside park. The beautiful bay is 5 minutes over the road.
Great entertainment for all the family Feb-Nov. Park boasts a large showbar with great entertainment for all ages, indoor pool with flumes, boat house bar and grill, indoor soft play area, out door adventure play area, amusments, take away, fish & chip shop, all weather mini sports pitch, children’s bungee, crazy golf, foot golf, mini supermarket, launderette and much more.
We cater for short breaks as well as 7 night stays. Please get in touch with your preferred dates. Minimum 2 night stay. Through the most school holidays our breaks commence from either Mondays or Friday’s.

Booking Terms & Conditions
To book we would require a £75 security deposit which Will secure your booking and is refundable if caravan is left as found after your departure. It is non refundable upon cancellation . The quoted holiday price would be due in full at least 3weeks before holiday date. Bookings made less than 3 weeks away will require the full quoted holiday price along with the security deposit upon booking.
