About the Property
Our 2 bedroom, 2016 Willerby Mistral static caravans located in a quiet area of Harlyn Sands Holiday Park on plot 167. The caravan is fully double glazed and has heating in all rooms.
It comfortably sleeps 4 people (one double with a very comfortable memory foam mattress topper, plus one twin) and comes fully equipped with all mod cons…..fridge, full size gas cooker, kettle, microwave, toaster, 32” TV with Freeview and DVD etc.
In addition to the full double glazing and heating, there is a modern gas fire in the lounge and a heated towel rail in the bathroom, so you will always be warm and cosy no matter what the Cornish weather has in store!
In case of bad weather there is a selection of books, DVDs and board games in the caravan for your use.
All duvets and pillows are provided and all mattresses have soft cotton waterproof protectors on them, which are regularly laundered. However, please remember to bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
Outside the caravan is a large picnic table which enjoys all day sun. Parking is directly behind the caravan.

The caravan is let on a weekly basis, Saturday-Saturday. We can accommodate weekend and mid-week breaks, but not in high season – prices are available on application.
Check in is after 2pm and the caravan must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
A £50 damage and security deposit is taken at the time of booking. This secures your dates and will be returned to you within a couple of weeks of the end of your holiday, providing there are no breakages, no lost keys or damage to the caravan. The full balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Please note that we have a strict no smoking policy in the caravan.
We are very happy to accommodate up to 2 well behaved small dogs or 1 medium size dog at an additional charge of £50 per pet (much cheaper than kennels and they get to enjoy the holiday too!).
Pets must remain on a lead at all times, within the Holiday Park. However, the surrounding beaches are dog friendly all year round.
