About the Property

Welcome to our beautiful 8 berth, 3 bedroom, Willerby Richmond 35 x 12 caravan.

Which has a very spacious living room with gas fire heating, 3 bedrooms with electric blow heaters in all plus a pull out double bed in the living room, a shower room with toilet and wash basin.

32″ TV with free view.DVD player with a selection of DVD’s for all ages (parental guidance needed).A selection of games for the kids.
Kitchen.

All pots, pans and cutlery are supplied.Microwave.Kettle.Toaster.Cleaning products.
We don’t supply towels so you must bring your own but we do supply your bed linen at no extra cost

Price List

All bookings are subject to a £50 deposit in addition to the cost of your holiday which is refunded within 14 days providing the following conditions are met,

There is no damage to the caravan. The keys are returned.The caravan is left in a clean and tidy state.
Booking.

Your £50 deposit will secure the dates you want but the cost of the caravan must be paid four weeks prior to your arrival date (six weeks if paying by cheque to allow it to clear) or those dates will be made available again and you will lose your deposit, no exceptions.

Haven passes are NOT included in these prices but are available from the Haven reception.

Unfortunately no same sex groups are allowed, its a park rule not ours.

Strictly no pets and no smoking in the caravan.
