About the Property

Cosy modern home from home on the fantastic family friendly Skipsea Sands site, Driffield, East Yorkshire.

The caravan is 6 berth, two bedrooms and sofa bed to main living room.

Double glazed and gas central heated.

Bathroom has both bath and shower.

Kitchen is well equipped with all you would need, including barbeque untensils. Dining area and patio doors out on the the decking area.

Living room is separate so gives privacy and space.

There is plenty of space around the van and the children’s park can be seen from the windows.

We are a few mins walk from the lake, dog walking area, large park, main complex and the beach.

Pets are welcome, we only ask they are not allowed to sleep on the furniture.

Booking Terms & Conditions

As £50 deposit is required to secure the dates, this will then become the refundable damage bond.

The bond will be returned 2-3 days after your holiday, once the van has been checked

The full amount should be paid 4 weeks prior to your holiday.

Payment plans are welcome.
