About the Property

Located in Caldey View area of Haven’s Kiln Park, this pitch offers the benefits of being on the edge of the park with very low passing footfall. As shown in the pictures the pitch is not next to a road, ensuring children can play safely without the worry of passing or reversing cars. The caravan location is ideally placed for quick and easy access to the beach path entrance without being directly impacted by the high footfall of those visiting the beach.

The park has an amazing indoor pool which is open March until November, plus a heated outdoor pool which is open from Whitsun. A short 5 minute walk along a private path takes you to Tenby’s South Beach walk. There is also Tenby Leisure Centre opposite the park which has a swimming pool 365 days a year.

Onsite includes a range of retail outlets inc Papa Johns Pizza, Millie’s Cookies, a Fish and Chip shop, Restaurant, Super Market and Petrol Station.

This is a family owned caravan, we have left a large selection of unisex children’s DVD (Plus some comedy ones for the adults), lots of board games and other toys. We specifically selected this pitch for our own family needs, ie safe to play outside, patio area and close to the beach. The caravan also includes all the kitchen utensils, baking trays, pots, pans and crockery that you should need.

Bedding and Towels are not included. You will need to bring sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers, plus a bath mat. There are 8 pillows, 4x single duvets and 2x double duvets ready for you to dress. Linen can be hired at reception at £10 per room if you’d rather travel light.

Please note when comparing prices directly with Haven, our caravan is a 3 Bedroom Haven ‘Deluxe Newer Model’ price band and includes full gas central heating and double glazing to keep you warm 365 days a year. Once you’ve stayed in a caravan with full (ie 7 residential size radiators) gas central heating you’ll never go back to one with air blowers or electric panel heaters!!

Pool only open 18th March – Midday 4th November, however Funworks passes are required to access. Children’s day time entertainment and adult evening entertainment requires Funworks passes as mentioned. Funworks passes are optional, however they work out on average as little as £5 per person per day. Those not purchasing Funworks passes will still have an amazing holiday as the beach is a short walk away, there’s a nice outdoor children’s park on site plus Tenby Leisure Centre is opposite the park offering a swimming pool and other services.
