KITCHEN area is fitted with large fridge freezer..built in microwave oven..gas oven 4 rings and extractor fan ..UTENSILS..cups..tea towels..kettle…toaster…iron..ironing board…clothes dryer..etc…all you need in a kitchen…good size dinning table with 4 chairs and wood effect cushion floor.

BATHROOM..is fitted with power shower which lights up…toilet ..wash basin..exstractor fan ..bathroom unit with mirror..heated towel rail and wood effect cushion floor .

MASTER BEDROOM…is a double bedroom fitted with king size bed and light fitted above..large vanity unit with mirror and light fitted underneath…cushion chair…double wardrobe…fitted with another single wardrobe..spot lights in the ceiling ..fitted carpet..USB SOCKETS.

EN-SUITE fitted with wash basin ..toilet..radiator..cushion floor…Bed is made up on Artival date.

SECOND BEDROOM is fitted with twin beds light above the beds ..single wardrobe..radiator..carpet and USB SOCKET..Beds are made up on arrival date.

This caravan is fully central heated ..double glazed ..smoke alarm ..caravan alarm..and carbon monoxide alarm.

full veranda fitted with gate lock and outside lights on the veranda..three piec rattern suite and table on the veranda this will be fitted middle of April due to weather.

Doors are fitted with secured locks.

This caravan is set in a very nice location with stunning views from my veranda..just 5 minutes walk to all entertainment and the coastline.

They is a key safe on this caravan which I will give you the code number on you’re arrival date.

REFUNDABLE BOND WILL NOT BE RETURNED…No smoking in this caravan…any person who sleeps over night without permission then all parties will be removed from my caravan immediately…No pets..No burn marks on my veranda ..Any parties who gets injured in my caravan I will not be held responsible…you must get your own insurance for injuries if required.

BOOKING TERMS.

£50 non refundable deposit to secure your booking but there will be a £75 refundable bond for any damage or nothing goes missing in my caravan you will get your refundable bond back if there is no damage or nothing goes missing in my caravan you can pay the refundable bond with your holiday price..you must pay the outstanding balance at least 4 weeks before your arrival date..instalments are welcome..you must be over 25 for leader booker.(I ONLY DO BANK TRANSACTIONS)

PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE…you can get passes at reception on arrival date..just give my name and address to get your passes.
