About the Property

Our Van has central heating and double glazing throughout.

There is one double room, 2 twin rooms and a pull out double bed in the living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, kettle, 4 slice toaster, pots pans, cutlery and utensils with a microwave, fridge/freezer and a cooker.

There is separate toilet and a shower.

The living/ dining area has a television with free view & free play.

This is on a nice, quiet area of the park with an open grass space which is ideal for the children to play with outdoor seating for both children and adults.  parking is located right next to the caravan.

The caravan is 2 mins to the main complex and 5 mins to the sandy beach.

Mablethorpe town centre is a short distance away with its busy town centre, arcades, fair, and restaurants.
