This is  a spacious 2 bedroom static caravan which has a pull out double sofa bed  allowing this to be a  6 berth.
Relaxing lounge area with comfortable seating, electric fire with remote changing mood lights as you watch the 32in smart  led freeview Tv.
Dining area is of a good size to eat as and when as a family, the kitchen is well  equipped with a standard size gas cooker with grill, standard size fridge freezer, microwave and not forgetting the toaster.
The shower room has  a good power shower with wash basin and w.c  in same room.
The main bedroom is of a good size with a double bed and double wardrobes and shelves and table lamp.
The twin room is a fair size with single beds with a single wardrobe and overhead shelves and table lamp.
All bed linen and towels will be included.
Gas and electric is also included.
The caravan has upvc double glazed windows and has full central heating.
Outside you will find there is decking area  sweeping around form the main door to the front of the caravan leading to rattan garden seating  and a table to enjoy the views and the sunset in the summer months,
The decking is fully enclosed with a lockable gate to  keep the children from wandering.
There is one parking bay beside the caravan.
