Booking Terms & Conditions

Arrival time is 2pm on the first day of your holiday. Departure time is 10am on the last day of your holiday. Please make sure you return the key by this time at the end of your stay.

Please note: the maximum sleeping / staying at the caravan in 8 people (this includes babies, children, adults). You must not have more than 8 people in the caravan as this is against fire and safety rules. If you break this rule park owners / caravan owners may ask you to leave and no monies will be refunded.

We take pride in our caravan to make sure it is up to standard and clean for all guests. We ask all guests to help with this by emptying bins at the end of their stay and making sure the caravan is tidy when they leave. There is a surcharge of £75 for any damage or breakages. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of departure once we are satisfied that the caravan is not dirty and no breakages / damage have occurred. If the caravan is dirty and / or there is a breakage / damage you will lose your surcharge. We take photos at the beginning and end of every stay to avoid disagreements over the condition of the caravan.

We love dogs and know that many people want their dog to be a part of their holiday. There is a fee of £30 per dog per stay to cover extra hygiene requirements. Cats and other types of animal are not allowed in the caravan. Please note that dogs must not be left alone in the caravan.

Bookings will only be accepted via email, through our Facebook booking or by text message. Bookings are for over 25s only, and confirmation will be sent to your home address.

Please note that only those named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the caravan. If anyone not named on the booking form is found staying at the caravan your holiday will be terminated and no refund will be given. Neither the caravan owner or Parkdean can accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any members of your party. You must inform the owner of Parkdean and the caravan owner if you or any member of your party contract any infectious or contagious illness or disease during your stay. This is for everyone’s health and safety.

By signing these terms and conditions you are agreeing to everything contained within them. A minimum of £50 deposit is required to reserve your booking at the caravan and this is non-refundable. Payment for the holiday must be made in full 6 weeks before the date of your arrival. If you are booking within 6 weeks of the date of arrival then full payment is required unless discussed and agreed with the caravan owner.

In the unlikely event that Parkdean make any changes to their entertainment or cancel any services or facilities, Home Sweet Home Caravan Hire cannot be held responsible.

The hirer is responsible for the conduct of their guests and family and shall take steps to ensure that their behaviour does not cause a nuisance, inconvenience or disturbance to other occupiers or cause damage to property belonging to Home Sweet Home Caravan Hire or such other occupiers.

Our booking periods are Saturday to Saturday, Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday. We can offer shorter periods however the Hirer agrees to pay the full booking slot price.

If the hirer has paid any monies and cancels within 6 weeks of the holiday a full refund will not be given. The hirer may wish to consider purchasing cancellation insurance (not available from Home Sweet Home caravan hire) in case of any emergency meaning they are not able to take up their booking. The Hirer agrees to turn off any heating in the caravan on departure. Failure to do so will result in a £10 fuel charge.
