About the Property

2019 SWIFT BORDEAUX CARAVAN

This is our spacious luxury brand new, 3 bedroom, 8 berth, swift Bordeaux caravan, with central heating and double glazing.

You access the caravan via a ramp which leads to a side veranda with a bench seat.
The caravan has double patio doors at the front leading to a veranda with seating.

Our caravan is 40ft x 12ft and comfortably sleeps 8, comprising of 1 double room, 2 twin rooms and a double fold out bed in the lounge.

The lounge area has comfortable seating with a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa complete with cushions, a modern fireplace with electric fire, which can be on without heating giving a cosy feel. There is a 40 inch TV(set up for Sky Q, however, you will need to bring your own Sky Q box and remote) and DVD player. The lounge also has a sound system which you can connect your phone/ipod etc too via Bluetooth.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size gas cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave and a large fridge/ freezer.

The master bedroom has a built in ensuite toilet and sink, a double wardrobe, dressing table and 32 inch colour TV with built in DVD player

Both twin rooms have a wardrobe and bedside table.

The main bathroom comprise of a toilet, sink and large shower

Our caravan is situated on cedar court which is a quite cul de sac close to all the amenities.
Our caravan is a non-smoking caravan, small well behaved dogs allowed at our discretion.

£50 deposit which is non refundable and a £50 refundable damage bond is required to secure the booking (£100 if we allow dogs)

You can pay the remaining balance via instalments, but full payment is required 30 days before arrival.

Our caravan is Graded by Haven as a Prestige with Decking 3 Bed

Entertainment passes are NOT included in the price, but can be purchased on arrival.

Booking your holiday
A non-refundable deposit of £50 will secure your holiday booking
A refundable damage bond of £50 (£100 if we allow pets) is also required. This caravan is also our family holiday home so we trust that you will treat the caravan and contents with the same care as we do. If any mishaps happen, please contact Jayne as soon as possible.
Once your holiday is over, we will refund your damage bond as long as our caravan is left how you found it. I will refund via bank transfer within 5 days.

Paying for your holiday
The balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before your holiday starts. If you need to cancel before your holiday starts, please contact Jayne as soon as possible

Who’s coming
The total number of people coming with you (including babies and children) must not be more than the capacity of the caravan. In this case, this is 8 people maximum

Pets in the caravan
We only allow small well behaved dogs in the caravan. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Dogs must not be left alone in the caravan for long periods of time. If left alone they MUST be in a cage

Vehicles
There is ample parking for vehicles. We have 1 space next to the caravan and other spaces are available on the cul de sac

Checking in and out
You can check in from 3pm unless otherwise agreed with Jayne.
Check out time is 10am unless otherwise agreed with Jayne.

Smoking
There is strictly no smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes of vaporisers inside the caravan or any of the public buildings. Haven do have outdoor smoking areas which are clearly signposted when using the facilities (please note if evidence of smoking is found inside the caravan your damage bond may not be refunded)

Fun Passes
We do not provide Fun Passes. You can buy these from the Haven Reception on arrival.
The passes give you access to the swimming pools, kids clubs and most other leisure and entertainment facilities at the park during your stay.

Cutting your holiday short
We hope that you have such a great time that you don’t have to cut your holiday short. However, if you end up going home early, we are unable to offer a refund.

What we do and don’t provide
Duvets, pillows and bed linen is provided for all beds
Towels are not provided, please bring your own
Barbecues are allowed, but not on the decking or grass, please use the side patio area. A barbecue is not provided
