Lovely 8 berth caravan situated in Selsey, West Sussex. Situated on the coast with the Isle of Wight a mere stone’s throw away. We have a brand new multi-million-pound complex, which has just opened on the site with a new swimming pool, bowling and lots more!

Bedding, electric and gas are included in price, but you will have to bring your own duvet covers, pillow covers and towels etc. Family Passes for the entertainment are not included in price but are available on arrival, under 5’s do not require a pass.

Booking Terms & Conditions

All booking requires a £100 damages/holding deposit required when booking. This is on top of the holiday price and is refunded once the caravans been checked on departure.

All fees are to be paid in full 2 weeks before you arrive.

Dogs welcome with small charge but sorry no smoking.

Please be aware NO commercial vehicles, sign written vehicles are allowed on site. If you arrive in one the site will turn you away.
