About the Property

Welcome to our family’s much loved static caravan which is sited in Wemyss Bay holiday park Scotland.

It is extra wide, and host many little extras which make it a home from home for you to enjoy

The park itself is at the top of a steep hill  which might me unsuitable for those with disabilities

There is however a taxi rank at the bottom of the hill based at the train station which you can access if needed.

The van would suit a small family

Caravan: Hosts a double room with a ensuite the double room can accommodate a travel cot also with plenty of room to walk around the room

Twin room also very spacious  shower room again very spacious, also the standard fixed seating area with pull out double bed all beds made up for arrival Extra duvets and blankets for use with hot water bottles if needed

Also included : DVD player with plenty of DVDs for all ages and  32 inch TV

Games cupboard with games suitable for all ages to combat the Scottish weather

Use of swimming rings etc for the pool  kept in the shower room

Iron and Iron board

Towels if required

First aid box

Hair dryer

use of travel cot .high chair, baby bouncer and bedding

pots pans and cooking utensils included with washing up liquid and other cleaning equipment for use. also plastic plates etc for the younger kids, welcome basket on arrival

outside there is a drying area for use attached to the small decking area there is  parking beside the van with room for two cars  the van itself is two minutes away from the venue

Two Bars  show bar the kids club is based in here with bingo and other entertainment

Grill and bar  get your breakfast here and lunch, dinner

CHECK IN TIME IS 3pm and Check out is 10am  sorry no pets or groups  £50.00 deposit secures the dates which is non refundable in case of cancellation  and a £50.00 security deposit in case of breakages this will be return within the week once the Van is checked

Passes are not included these can be purchased at the reception on arrival
