All other breaks are booked with a minimum £50 DEPOSIT (non refundable) the remaining balance and £75 REFUNDABLE damage bond is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

? ?♂️ HAVEN FUNWORKS PASSES – Not included in price. These are purchased Separately from Haven reception if you want to use the swimming pool and evening entertainment or send us the money and we will purchase them for you at reception and leave them in the caravan ready for you.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking:
All dates can be held with a £50 non refundable deposit and the remaining balance and bond is due by 6 weeks before your arrival day.
When booking we take the names and ages of all guests to pass to haven as well as your dogs (if any) breeds and how many you are bringing
We also need a contact phone number & an address to send your receipts to please.
Accessing the caravan:
The caravan is available from 2pm on your arrival day until 10.30 on your departure day.
The keys will be Placed in a key safe. The combination will be sent to you on your arrival day.
Damage bond:
In addition to the holiday balance we also require a £75 refundable damage bond.
The damage bond will be refunded within 3 days of your departure providing the caravan has been left reasonably clean and tidy with no damages or missing items.
Funworks passes:
This price is for the caravan rental only and doesn’t include funworks passes. These are optional and required if you want to use the swimming pool and evening entertainment. They are purchased separately from Haven reception
