I have two 8 berth caravans, both static caravans are close to each other, ideal for friends or families who holiday together.

This caravan is a Willerby Granada 8 berth 37ft x 12ft, 4-bedroom caravan. large spacious caravan, with balcony

The caravan comes fully equipped with microwave, TV with free view and DVD player. iron, hairdryer and cleaning materials and hoover.

All quilts and pillows are supplied. however, bed linen and tea towels/towels are not provided.

There is a spacious living area with pull out double bed. electric fire and dining area. the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave kettle, toaster, and all the crockery pots, pans etc.

The bathroom comprises of shower room with basin overhead storage and a separate WC with basin.

There are 4 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobe and overhead storage. One master with double bed, one bedroom with two singles which can push together to make double, and two bedrooms each with single bed.

This is a non-smoking caravan and no single sex groups bookings. You must smoke outside on the balcony.

Pets are welcome but there is a small charge.

Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are fitted. gas safety checked, and electric safety checked.

Site owed by fantasy island and its right beside both fantasy island and east gate market. the east coast finest blue flag beaches only 5 min walk. and Skegness beach only a short drive. there are pubs and restaurants and shops all five-minute walk from caravan. Butlins is also only five minutes by car.
