From the decking and through the sliding patio door is the carpeted lounge, which has a freestanding 3 seater settee and 2 armchairs, electric fire with ambient lighting, a Samsung 42″ curved TV, DVD player and Wi-fi, Netflix is also available with the guests own log-in.
The kitchen has a range of fitted wall and floor cupboards, gas oven and 5 ring gas hob. There is also an integrated washing machine and slimline dishwasher, Microwave and a 60/40 fridge freezer. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and glassware is provided. Alongside the kitchen is a dining table and 4 chairs.
There is central heating throughout and a heated towel rail in the bathroom, together with a good sized shower cubicle, toilet and wash-hand basin.
Twin Bedroom: 2 full size single beds, both with fitted mattress and pillow protectors, 2 cupboards above the beds and a single wardrobe with 2 drawers. The bathroom can also be accessed from this bedroom.
Main Bedroom: King-size bed with fitted mattress and pillow protectors, 2 double fitted wardrobes, one with 2 drawers, 2 bedside tables and a dressing table with a drawer and 2 cupboards. This bedroom also has a locked cupboard which holds our personal holiday things.
Please note that Park passes, bedding, bath and t-towels are NOT included in the rental.

A £100 non-returnable deposit is all that’s needed to secure your booking.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, together with a damages/extra cleaning deposit of £100, this is refunded once all is checked, minus any deductions which may be necessary.
Should you have to cancel your holiday after full payment has been made, only the damages deposit is returned.
