About the Property

Welcome to our comfortable, 3-bedroom caravan at Harlyn Sands Holiday Park in sunny Cornwall. It is spacious and offers the ideal base for your holiday on the beach in a beautifully picturesque area of the south west.

We have 2 double bedrooms (one of which could be made into a twin if required) and 1 twin bedroom. All rooms have wardrobe space and areas under the bed to store your cases and bags. We will provide duvets and pillows (4 on a double & 2 on the singles) for each of the beds; you simply need to bring your own sheets; duvet covers and pillowcases.

There is an integrated pull-out bed in the lounge area if required however, you would need to bring your own duvet and pillows if you plan to use the bed.

There is a shower room with toilet and hand basin. The shower cubicle is a good size and a hot shower guaranteed. We also have a second toilet, which is useful if 6 of you are sharing the caravan. You need to bring your own towels.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is ample crockery, cutlery and pans for you to use, although I can recommend the meals in the clubhouse and the on-site chip shop if you’re too tired or relaxed to cook! There is a good size dining area too that comfortably seats 6. Please remember to bring tea towels.

The lounge area is very spacious with lots of seating. There is a 32” TV available for you to use along with DVD player with USB port.
A selection of books, DVD’s and games are also there to use for your stay.

We are situated a short distance from the path to the beach, so the sea view is never far away.

2 medium well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge of ￡50.

We offer bookings at limited times as we also want time to enjoy the caravan however, if you have a request for a booking outside what is listed in our Availability/Price List please contact me as we may be able to agree to the booking.

A ￡100 deposit is required at the time of booking this will secure your dates and cover any loss of keys and breakages. This is fully refundable if no loss or breakages occur.
The remaining balance is then due 28 days prior to the commencement of your holiday.

Check in time 2pm – Check out time 10am

Gas, water and electric are included in the price.

We also offer a discount for our visitors who repeat book as well as a booking of 2 weeks or more. Details are available upon request from the owner.

The park is situated on the north Cornwall coast with its stunning views, walks and amazing seascape. From the park there is a short 5-minute walk along a private path to a beach

As you arrive at this beach the views across some of the other close by sandy white beaches are out of this world, there are daily opportunities to have surfing and paddle board lessons with qualified instructors. This beach (Harlyn) has daily lifeguards who patrol to ensure the safety of everyone in the water. Easter through to the end of September.

From the park you can also walk to the famous beaches of Boobeys, Constantine and Treyarrnon Bay which boasts a great Youth Hostel where you can get good food and a nice glass of wine. There are 7 bays in total also ideal for fishing or kayaking.
In addition there is a small music festival each year in July which is well attended and great fun.

For some the cherry on top is the fact that we have Trevose Golf Club across the road from the park which has spectacular views across the sea.

Our nearest hot spot of course is Padstow. This fishing village is popular with everyone not least foodie’s as there are renowned restaurants owned by Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. Other fabulous eateries are Prawns on the Lawn and Rojano’s. In addition, we recommend the Custom House for good food and live music. For pasty lovers look no further than Chough’s.

Both Newquay and Wadebridge are a short drive away, on route to Wadebridge you’ll pass the famous Royal County Showground.

The picturesque and famous village of Port Issac where ‘Doc Martin’ is filmed is again only a short car journey away.

And finally, on site there are children’s clubs daily that do an array of fun and exciting activities.

The site is family run, very child and dog friendly and caters for all your needs whilst on holiday.
It hosts an on-site restaurant, club house with evening entertainment such as live music, magicians and bingo.

The site hosts a laundry, shop and takeaway.

A large outdoor play park. Also, there are 2 indoor swimming pools with slides and rapids.

Wi-fi is available through the site.
