Our caravan is situated at Cormorant 4 on the new Seabirds luxury development
It is fully furnished with all the homely necessities you need in very comfortable and very quiet home from home surroundings
It has direct beach access from Cormorant and a duck pond for the kids to feed the ducks!
The caravan comprises:
Three bedrooms
One master en suite double bedroom with a large wardrobe for extra storage and a 22in flat screen tv
Two twin bedrooms with separate shower and toilet opposite
Pullout sofa bed in lounge if required
A 40in flatscreen tv with freeview and built in DVD player
Portable Bluetooth speaker
A large comfy sofa is located in the lounge along with a electric fire
A fully equipped kitchen contains all required along cutlery, plates, cups and glasses
Along with a Gas cooker and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer
Separate dining table and 4 chairs
A selection of DVD’s, board games, cards, dominoes, jigsaws and books will keep everyone entertained
For your convenience a hairdryer is located in the master bedroom
A high chair and travel cot and children’s cutlery, bowls, plates and beakers are also provided
All bedding is provided for the bedrooms and made up for arrival but bedding is needed for the travel cot if required
Hand towels are provided in both toilets but please bring your own bath towels
A ironing board and iron, a hoover and all associated cleaning equipment is provided
A shoe rack and cupboard for drying wet coats along with a clothes dryer and umbrellas is provided
A fire extinguisher and 1st aid kit are provided along with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for guest safety
The wraparound decking has a non slip surface with safety glass and the gate locks with a key for added security and piece of mind
For your first night’s stay complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided

A £50.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking
A £50.00 refundable damages deposit is required repaid upon inspection of the caravan
Final balance is to be paid 4 weeks before commencement of the booking
Principle hirer must be aged 21 or over
Check in is at 3pm Check out is at 10am
No smoking, pets or large same sex groups are permitted
Passes for entertainment and some of the activities have to be bought separately from reception and are not included in the price of the booking
