About the Property

There is a £100 NON RETURNABLE DEPOSIT for all bookings.

There is a £100 DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED, THAT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 5 DAYS ONCE KEYS HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND THE CARAVAN HAS NO DAMAGE.

All quilts and pillows are supplied along with linen. Tea towels and towels are not supplied. Gas and electricity are included in our prices.

We do not include any passes, there is WI-FI available from reception. The signal around the park drops in and out.

We do not allow any pets in the caravan,   the site policy  is no same sex parties as this is a family oriented site.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING / VAPING CARAVAN. There are Carbon Monoxide, Smoke Detector and Fire Extinguisher around the caravan for your safety.

There is a TV / DVD player with FREEVIEW. There is a gas as fire also oil electric radiator in the lounge area. There is plenty of storage areas. There are family DVDs and board games. There is a pull out bed in the lounge area.

The  kitchen area has a fridge freezer, gas cooker and oven, microwave,  kettle and toaster, it is equipped with mugs, cutlery and crockery.

There are 3 bed rooms, 1 double bed with wardrobe space, there are also 2 single bedrooms with 2 single beds on each with wardrobe space.

There are 2 toilets, 1 has shower cubicle.

There is a lockable decking area with a sea view.

There is parking available but not allocated.

We do not accept any responsibility for any damage to yourselves or loss of property.  Holiday insurance is recommended.
