A luxury 2014 Swift Moselle, with quality fixtures and fittings. This caravan is double glazed and central heated providing a perfect setting for your Butlins self catering holiday all year round.

The caravan can sleep up to 8 people with 1 double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a double pull out in the lounge. To the side of the caravan is a veranda with rattan furniture and a private hard standing parking space. The caravan has open space for children to play

This caravan is ideally located approximate 10 minutes walk to Butlins main resort on a quiet cul-d-sac.

Lounge

A modern stylish lounge provides a home from home feel with wrap around fixed seating incorporating a pull out double bed. The feature fireplace with contempory electric fire provides a luxury feel to the caravan. For those nights in the caravan comes complete with a mounted television.

Kitchen

The wrap kitchen is perfectly located to be able to cook family meals and still spend time with the family.  With modern wood units the kitchen provides everything you need for your Butlins self catering holiday including a integrated fridge freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc. The dining table is also located in teh kitchen.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom is spacious for a caravan and contains a double bed, a double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, overhead storage and a large dressing table with mirror. The master bedroom provides access to the en-suite which contains a toilet and sink.

The twin bedrooms contians two single beds, a single wardrobe (one full length), bedside cabinets and overhead storage.

Bathroom

There are two bathroom contains a shower, toilet and sink with mirror and storage cupboard.

A second toilet is located as an en-suite to the master bedroom.

Safety

For your safety the caravan is fitted with a carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.

This is a non-smoking caravan and no pets are allowed.
