About the Property

1. We are Andy & Denise Lake and have been hiring out our caravans for the last 11 years.

Our 8 berth at looe bay is sited on a lovely quiet corner plot with own driveway for 2 cars.

Overlooking a valley.

Decking with lockable gate.

All beds freshly made for your arrival.

Fully fitted kitchen.

2 toilets.

Central heating throughout

Double glazed.

We do not allow any pets in our 8 berth due to allergies but our 6 berth at looe bay is pet friendly.

We feel that this caravan is sited on one of the prime sites on the park.

Well away from the clubhouse to enjoy a lovely peaceful evening on the decking but not too far to walk up to the clubhouse to take the children for the evening entertainment.

We pride ourselves in giving a ONE TO ONE PERSONAL SERVICE.

We do have a customer comments group for this caravan on Facebook so if interested let us know and we can send the link.

We have many guests who return every year so we obviously are doing something right.
