About the Property

My lovely caravan is sited at Southview Holiday Park in Skegness. The park boasts all the major facilities of an award-winning holiday park and there is something for everyone on site.

The caravan a spacious 6/8 berth caravan with decking and has its own tarmac parking space next to the caravan. It is situated on a quiet part of the park overlooking a lovely landscaped pond and water feature.

The caravan has central heating and double glazing throughout. There is a double bedroom, with wardrobe and a small dressing table with mirror, 2 twin rooms also with wardrobes. There is also a pull out double bed in the lounge area. Duvets and pillows are provided, please bring your own bed linen towels & tea towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle. Glasses, crockery & cutlery for 8 people. There is also an iron and ironing board and a hoover.

There is a flat screen TV with built in DVD player and freeview.

There is a shower room and separate toilet.

I only accept bookings for families and couples. No hen or stag group bookings/parties. All persons wishing to stay in the caravan, must be named when booking,

There is a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date. There is also a £50 security bond which will be returned within 7 days of your holiday ending if there is NO damages or breakages and our holiday home is left in the clean and tidy state as you found it.

Please note prices DO NOT include entertainment passes but can be obtained from main reception upon your arrival.
