About the Property

No 77 is a Privately owned Superior 4/6 berth having a lovely homely feel with free standing furniture ,tables & lamps ,Paintings  etc .Its a 2 Bedroom model with en-suite toilet off the main Double Bedroom, 1 twin bedroom. and Family shower /wc washroom

With extra double foldout sofa bed in living area., Double glazed ,Central heating ,Bedding provided, linen is £10 per room  ,

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you may need, including a Slow Cooker, Tassimo Coffee machine and all your cooking equipment ,Microwave ,New Double Oven, New fridge/freezer  ,New Dishwasher , crockery,Glasses  and utensils etc.

Also provided for your comfort in the caravan is a 42inch TV (plus a bedroom 1) and DVD player, Free Wi-Fi, a Hoover, Iron and Ironing board and a hairdryer.

 We have a selection of beach equipment for guests free to use eg, Beach Wind breaks ,junior surf board ,Body boards, skim board ,buckets spades, bat n ball and other things 

The French doors open onto the wrap around veranda so you can enjoy the open views whilst sitting on the cushioned rattan table and chairs for alfresco meals or relaxing  under the large parasol.day or night

No77 is sited near to the office ,shop , and all the other facilities the outdoor Pool is just 100m
Facilities including : Heated outdoor Pool, Adventure playgrounds, New Crazy golf, 2 Free Fishing lakes (licence required gear can be hired in the shop ), Launderette , Shop, Trevella  takeaway , pets corner and  Games room.

Palmside View No.77 is sited on the beautiful, quiet, 5 star Trevella Park; voted one of Cornwall’s best parks

Trevella Park has a heated outdoor pool and children’s pool, which are free to our guests. There are also fenced play areas with zip lines, slides swings etc., a crazy miniature golf (small charge) and a games room with pool table etc. Also on site is a pets corner

Trevella has 2 well-stocked fishing lakes, one with Carp up to 28lbs. A River Licence will be required. There is also a small shop and takeaway

Venturing off the park, Crantock Beach and Gannel Estuary are just a 20 minute walk away through the woodland walk. This beach is a must visit with its large dunes and crystal clear water in the Gannel river estuary; great for kids to explore and dog friendly too.

Newquay town is just a 30 minute walk from Trevella or you can catch the bus from the site gate stop. Newquay is regarded as the UK surf capital at Fistral Beach, along with its other beaches. The town also has a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Attraction and activities in and around Newquay include Newquay Zoo, Sealife Centre, surf schools, water sports centre, Oasis fun pool, Wave Runner Safari fishing trips, an aqua park, zorbing park, indoor/outdoor bowls, Newquay Golf Club, football, golf and segway hire.
