About the Property

The caravan is brand new (Sept 2019) and as such offers a very high standard of accommodation including:
Gas Central Heating.
Double Glazed throughout.
Lounge area including Freeview TV , DVD Player, Soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity, Electric Fire and pull out double sofa bed.
Modern fully fitted kitchen including a fridge freezer, gas cooker with oven, microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, airer (including pegs), kitchen utensils including cutlery and crockery for 8 guests.
Bedrooms feature, 1 master double bedroom and 2 twin rooms complete with storage space and coat hangers in all wardrobes. Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen can be hired for an additional fee, or you may bring your own.
Travel cot and high chair are provided
Bathroom includes large shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
Separate (2nd) toilet room with wash basin.

Occupying a larger than usual plot, our Willerby Seasons MkII 8 berth caravan incorporates 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people

Pillows and duvets are included for all 8 guests. Bed linen (pillow cases and duvet covers) can be provided at an extra cost of £25, or you may bring your own.

A dedicated Car Parking space is included with the caravan, which is located a short distance away.

Situated within the Lakeside Caravan Park, the Butlin’s main attractions are only a short walk away.

A well stocked shop is located on site, close to the caravan park, for all your essentials
Please Note:
Smoking is NOT permitted within the caravan.
Guest are permitted to smoke outside the caravan, but they are expected to pick up and dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly.
Pets are not permitted whatsoever.
