MERLINS JEM: Simply spectacular 2016-model 2-bedroom, (5-berth: 4 + 1 infant of travel cot age), caravan for holiday lets at Edwards Leisure Caravan Park in Towyn, North Wales.

This Holiday Home is HUGE!  At 42’ x 14’ the open plan living area is exceedingly spacious, with patio doors leading out onto the enclosed decking outside, with a luxury suite and matching buffet, 50” wall-mounted TV & colour-change wall mounted electric fire for those cosy nights in.

The integrated dining area has free standing table and chairs, with a skylight above and leads through to the exceedingly well-equipped kitchen, boasting a dishwasher + American-style fridge/freezer (with water dispenser), & a Tassimo coffee machine to name but a few items of equipment included in your stay!

The large double bedroom has an en-suite, walk-in wardrobe and a wall-mounted TV.  The twin room offers FULL-SIZE beds, (very unusual in a Holiday Home!), plus wall-mounted TV/DVD combo.  The main bathroom has both a bath & a shower.  The decking is fully enclosed and the property has double glazing & central heating throughout.

Please be aware Merlins Jem does not allow pets to stay & is a no smoking property.

EDWARDS is a family-run, privately owned Holiday Park.

On site you will find a general shop, chip shop & launderette. 

The beach is just a few of minutes walk away from the caravan park.  

Perfectly located close to Knightlys fun fair, (which provides a chip shop/takeaway, shops, gift shops) and to various local markets, including the large Tir Prince Market and fun fair, family friendly pubs, clubs, restaurants, arcades & go-karts. 

Plenty of local restaurants or take-aways nearby, some of which will deliver direct to the caravan.
