About the Property

This is a family owned holiday home.

There are 3 bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has a double bed tv & ensuite toilet

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds tv

Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds

The beds are made up ready for your arrival

There is a shower room with toilet

There is a large open plan lounge kitchen dinning area with plenty of seating area in the lounge, a dinning table & chairs. The kitchen has a full size fridge freezer  and cooker plenty of crockery and cutlery glasses and mugs ( even some plastic ones for the little ones to use) tea and coffee sugar are available, lots of little extras to help make your stay more enjoyable.

There is a cupboard with some cleaning utensils Hoover mop brush dust pan etc to help you keep the caravan clean and tidy

The caravan has large patio doors opening out to a large decking with patio furniture and steps leading down to a nice open piece  of grass for the children to play on with a small bench to sit on, to the side there is steps down to a large round picnic bench next to the flower garden. Round the other side of the caravan is the parking space for your Cecile ( haven rules state 1 vechile per caravan others to park on main car park) No parking on the grass.

The caravan is a short walk to the main complex where all your entertainment is fun star, arcade, restuarnt, chippy, crazy golf, play areas for the children , the swimming pool and lazy river& spacebowl water slide, showbar for the evening entertainment. This is also where you will find Havens reception, the local shop, kart hire and the pottery art and the nature reserve office.

Up near the main entrance  you can catch a bus to all the local facilities ie the tower, pleasure beach theme park etc.

Just outside the park at the top of the road near the traffic lights there is a Toby carvery pub which offers some lovely food

The local taxi firm runs on set prices from the park instead of a metre

The train stations are a bus or taxi ride away
