About the Property

Location

The site and Newquay Cornwall is easily accessible by  road along with the Mega Bus, local railway station and the nearby Newquay airport.     We own caravans 218 and 219 as shown which are ideal for family or friends that wish to holiday together.

It is situated on Trenance Holiday Park which is ideally located near some of Cornwall’s best beaches and only a 15 minute walk away from Newquay town centre and the main beaches. The park has has Mini Market, Games Room with Video Games and a Fully equipped Laundrette also a free WIFI area.
The park is located next to Newquay Zoo, Water world Swimming Pool and lots of other attractions including indoor and outdoor tennis courts, boating lake, 18 hole pitch and putt, crazy golf, horse riding, crown green bowls, Wooden Waves skate board park and much more.
Local buses run from just outside the entrance to the park.

The Caravan

The accommodation is spacious with a modern open plan layout, a fireplace and large flat screen TV/DVD with Freeview.
The modern kitchen/diner has plenty of storage space and comes fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay, including a full size oven, 4 ring gas hob, fridge with ice box freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. An iron and ironing board, Hoover and hair dryer are also supplied.
The master bedroom features a large wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers
The twin bedroom features 2 single beds with overhead storage and a single wardrobe. A bed guard is also supplied if required for young sleepers.
There is a 4ft pull out bed in the lounge.
Quilts and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels etc.

The bathroom has a modern powerful shower with a deep shower tray (deep enough for little children to have a bath in before bed). It also has additional storage cabinets.
Electricity and gas is provided at no extra cost.
