About the Property

A lovely spacious lounge with gas fire. A extra fold out bed is stored in the sofa to use if needed. Bedding suppied stored in big wardrode. A “32” Tv with built-in dvd.  Games in the cupboard.

Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker and gas hob, Fridge freezer, Microwave, toaster and all kitchen accessories. Tea towels supplied.

There is a seated dining area to eat your meals. Also a Highchair for infants stored in wardrobe Storage cupboards with all cleaning items, Ironing board and Iron, Hoover, airer. A fan is suppied for the summer heat. Please turn off when not needed. Children and dogs not to be allowed to jump on furniture/beds or sofa areas due to past damages what has occured from guests and had to be mended.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, double wardrode, en-suite with washbasin and toilet, hairdryer on a shelf. Bedding supplied.

Bedroom 2 with single wardrode with drawers.Bedding supplied. Travelcot supplied.

All Beds will be made up for your arrival.

Family Shower room with wash basin and toilet. PLEASE BRING TOWELS for your stay.

Decking is outside the caravan with a gate. At the front of the caravan there is a patio table and chairs and umbrella. A sunken Hot tub where you can relax and enjoy a drink taking in the beautiful view of the water ski lake. Please treat it with care and when taking the lid off and on to take extra care as these are very expensive to replace. Please take care and follow the rules for the hot tub. Any damages to the hot tub or the hot tub lid will be charged to you. Checks are taken out after your departure. Rules and guides on how to use the Hot tub is shown near Hot tub, due to new HSE rules the tub will be drained and cleaned after every guest changeover. Therefore it may NOT be at full temperature by check in time. It will however be ready later the same evening. No barbeques under any circumstances are allowed on the decking outside. Grassed area on the ground level away from caravan skirting is suitable.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is a beautiful park to visit. Wildlife and lovely walks and also activities to keep everyone happy. It has a indoor swimming pool, spa, steam room, sauna, a gym. A new sports court, a outside beach and a playground area for the children, mini golf and a stage where all the entertainment is staged in good weather. A New High rope is located in the middle of the park, bike hire is available. see reception for opening times and prices on onsite activities. A Cinema is on the stage when on the entertainment program, you can go watch a film. A Shop is located next to the reception which is stocked with everyday essentials. Fresh bakery items daily.

There is numerous of lakes all with activities on them. Waterski, Waterboarding, Jetski, Inflatable water area, Fishing is available on one of the lakes, ask at The tackle shop for more information on prices. In 2016 new changes to improve the park happened, which included a large extension to the clubhouse which is named the ‘The Spitfire Diner bar. It has a full sized spitfire suspended from the ceiling.

A arcade with games and slot machines is situated outside the bar and upstairs there is a new restuarant which does a delivery service to your caravan as well. Pool tables and a balcony to sit out on to look out at the lakes. The new Bar 49 is up there which also serves cocktails if you fancy one.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is nearby to Woodhall Spa, which is a nice day trip out. Tattershall Castle is a short walk away and worth a visit. RAF Coningsby is nearby and they have training sessions up in the sky over Tattershall Lakes. This can be enjoyable but I have to note it is noisy on occasions and can be sometimes in the evening. We are sorry for this. Battle of Britain Memorial Flight centre in Coningsby is a worth a visit. Tattershall Farm in Tattershall is not far away for a fun day for the children. Leaflets on places to visit are all provided in the guest folder. Also menus for food takeaways nearby. Asdas and tescos also deliver if you wanted your weekly shop delivered. There is pubs nearby. Tattershall Park Country Pub serves very nice food all day, seven days a week. The Packet Inn and The Royal Oak, all serve food as well. Any other information is available at reception on nearby tourist attractions.
