About the Property

This luxurious caravan is a 5 minute walk from the main complex and just a quick two minute walk away from laundry services and the park, making it the perfect place for convenience when taking your family on holiday!

It includes a caravan with everything you need. It is a 3 bedroomed caravan including a double bed with a wardrobe. It also has 2 twin bedrooms, one decorated for boys and one for girls, all include heating and we can decorate rooms to suit the gender of all children coming.

You have your own parking space and outside seating that you can take out. The lounge area includes free wifi  a Smart TV and Sky HD with all channels. There are several board games for you to sit and play with the whole family, making it your home away from home. We also have a pull-out bed in the room. It has a dining area with fixed seating and a small dining table with two stools.

The kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, includes a 4 hob cooker with a separate grill. It has a fridge with a small freezer compartment and plenty of cupboard space as well as all utilities (pots, pans, dish cloths, kitchen roll etc.). The bathroom has a heater towel rail and toilet comes with toilet roll provided. Bathmats are there to prevent accidents while holidaying. It has two bathrooms, one including a shower, toilet and sink and the other with just toilet facilities.

All hand towels are included for convenience however please bring your own actual towels.

Holidays can be booked for a period of 3 – 7 days or 7 – 14 days, making sure you have plenty of time to make the most of your family holiday needs.

Children are aged between 4 and 16 years old. All under 4’s are free.

Peak Times include all school holidays and bank holidays.

Off Peak is any other time of the year.
