TriBeCa, it’s a new York boutique themed stunning holiday home which is exclusive to Tattershall Lakes so won’t be seen anywhere else. It’s a 6 berth plus a travel cot. Incorporating  panoramic sliding doors, a 52 inch wall mounted tv with sound bar and Xbox one with games.

There are wall mounted TVs in all bedrooms , plus a mirror tv above the free standing bath in the master bedroom , plus en suite and walk in shower.

They said it couldn’t be done, but the TriBeCa is here to prove them wrong. You absolutely can get the Manhattan loft look in a Great British caravan! And you can go one step better: with panoramic glass sliding doors, its city living with a natural vibe.

The transformation starts on the outside: while most traditional caravans come in any colour you want, if its beige, the TriBeca is clad in colourful stripes, the backdrop to a comfortable outdoor seating area.
