About the Property
Welcome to our brand new 2018 model, 3 bedroom caravan with warm air heating and double glazing, situated on Rose Bank; a nice quiet cul-de-sac located in the centre of Primrose Valley Holiday Park.
The main complex is approximately 5 minutes walk away from the caravan, with the fairground, boating lake and beach approximately 10 minutes walk away.
Our deluxe caravan has an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner, with high quality furnishings.
The kitchen is a good size with plenty of storage, a full size gas oven and hob, fridge (with small freezer compartment), kettle, toaster and microwave, along with all the usual crockery and utensils. The dining area provides seating for 8.
In the lounge you will find an electric LED flame effect fire, a coffee table and a 32” TV with Freeview, plus a DVD player with selection of DVDs. Games and books are also supplied for your enjoyment.
The main bedroom comprises a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with mirror. A hairdryer is also provided. The two twin bedrooms each sleep 2. All bedrooms have warm air heating.
The main bathroom comprises a large double power shower, toilet and sink. There is also a second toilet in the caravan.
An iron and ironing board are supplied, as is a travel cot.
For your safety a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm are fitted in the caravan.
Parking is on a tarmac drive.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen is supplied and beds will be made up prior to your arrival.
Location
Primrose Valley is Haven’s flagship holiday park and offers many facilities, both indoor and outdoor for visiting guests. The beach is adjacent to the park and offers a great spot for sunbathing and taking a dip.
The facilities on site include an excellent indoor pool and the Funworks centre, which offers two excellent entertainment/show bars.
For those wishing to travel outside the Park, Filey is 3 miles away, Scarborough 10 miles and Bridlington 10 miles.
Birdwatchers will love the new RSPB Centre at Bempton Cliffs, as well as sights from Flamborough Cliffs.

Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed in our caravan.
In line with Haven’s policy, we are unable to accept groups of the same sex and/or parties of under 21’s.
A £50 deposit secures the booking and payment must be received within 7 days. The balance, plus £50 refundable breakages bond, will be required 4 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or debit card.
Funworks passes are not included in the rental price, but can be obtained from reception.
Keys will be available for collection at the check-in point, where a small pack will be provided, along with a map of site and events guide. Should you pre-order your passes online from the Haven site prior to arrival, these will also be included.
