About the Property
Lovely chalet with everything you need for a comfortable stay
Double bed and two singles ( luxury quality mattresses ) plus bed settee if required for extra guests.
Beds are fully made up for arrival and towels are provided for up to 4 guests.
Extra guests using bed settee can order linen on request or please provide your own
Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge and ceramic hob cooker
Spacious dining area with seating for 6
Lounge with comfortable settee which can be converted into double bed
Mira sport shower and vanity basin, separate WC.
Free view TV with dvds , music system with choice of cds, books and games
Signal booster system to enhance data and phone call quality
Chalet is on quiet 22 acre countryside site but only 2 minutes drive from Sainsbury and Aldi and 5 minutes into Dartmouth. Bus stops just outside which goes to Dartmouth, Totnes, Plymouth.
You can get river trips to Totnes, Dittisham (Agatha Christies House) or catch the steam train from Kingswear over the river to Paignton/Torquay.
Other attractions mentioned are a short drive away such as golf, fishing, swimming pool, leisure centre, family theme park, river trips, steam train to Paignton, beaches, country walks, historical sites
There is ample parking close to the chalet and level entry into the property.
Ouside the chalet there is a large grassy area ideal for children to run around and play.

It was a really lovely experience! We really felt like
the owner had gone out of her way to make sure
that any guests were comfortable! My father uses a
wheelchair most of the time and it was very
accessible for him! It was such a lovely, quiet
getaway for 5 people and we were all quite
comfortable. The supermarkets really are super
close by and the scenery is just beautiful. Would
definitely recommend!
Chalet 118 is located within a quiet, safe holiday park with
close access to major supermarkets and within 10-minute
drive from Dartmouth. The kitchen is very well-equipped

No items to be left outside the chalet such as trailers, bikes, or rubbish.
