About the Property

The Holiday Home is a luxury self-catering central heated 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) static caravan with decking a patio furniture, by the sea, inside a holiday park on Mersea island located 9 miles from the city of Colchester in Essex.  The island is renowned for its natural beauty and wildlife as well as its seafood.

The Entertainment Centre is about 100 metres away from the holiday home and located on the sea front.  Inside is a restaurant and bar, games arcade, pool table, dart board, and professional stage for live adult and kids shows.  On one side of the Centre is a mini-supermarket and on the other side the heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools.  Sports and play areas are located nearby to the Centre.  WiFi is provided inside the Centre as well as large screen TV screens.

A slipway next to the Centre allows small boats and jet-skis to be launched.

Outside the holiday park is the fishing town of West Mersea.  A local bus service on the island and to Colchester is available as well as a dingy ferry from Cudmore Grove Country Park across to the town of Brightlingsea.  Pathways around the island allow coastal walks.

The Holiday Home is an ideal place to relax and rejuvenate, particularly for romantic couples, retired couples, families, and professionals.  The Home can be rented long term up to 12 months or beyond.
