About the Property
Lovely 2 bed 6 berth, pet friendly caravan on Parkdean resorts in Cayton bay near Scarborough. A 12 month park. (please note that the entertainment complex is closed Dec -Feb half term)
2 minutes walk to park facilities.
Private drive adjacent to the caravan.
1 double with Jack & Jill shower room. 1 twin bedroom.
Separate loo.
Generous kitchen area with fridge/feezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. you should find everything you need for your self catering holiday.
Lovely homely feel in this caravan. It has a large south facing veranda running the full length of the caravan and is set out with patio furniture.
Scarborough,filey and Bridlington are all easily accessible from the bus stops outside park. The beautiful bay is 5 minutes over the road.
Great entertainment for all the family feb-nov. Park boasts a large showbar, boat house bar and grill, indoor pool with flumes, soft play area, out door adventure play area, amusments,take away, fish & chip shop,all weather mini football and basketball pitch, children’s bungee, crazy golf, mini supermarket, launderette plus much more.
We cater for short breaks as well as 7 night stays. Minimum 2 night stay. If your preferred dates are not displayed please get in touch. Through most school holidays our breaks commence from either Mondays or Friday’s.

Booking Terms & Conditions
To book we would require a £50 security deposit (£75 if bringing a pet) which Will secure your booking and is refundable if caravan is left as found after your. It is non refundable upon cancellation. The quoted holiday price would be due in full at least 3 weeks before holiday date. Bookings made within 3 weeks will require the full quoted holiday price along with the security deposit.
