Caravan 220 This is one of our 3-bedroom 8 berth prestige caravans, and has a contemporary centre lounge layout, with bedrooms at either end.

The double bedroom is en-suite, with 2 wardrobes with drawers below, vanity unit and television. At the other end of the caravan is 2 twin rooms, each with single wardrobes and drawers below.

The middle of the van is where you will find the lounge with L shaped seating area that converts into a double bed, giving a maximum capacity of 8 guests.

The dining area and kitchen with full size cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer.

The caravan also benefits from double glazing and gas central heating, ensuring you can holiday throughout the season in comfort.

Outside there is a fenced garden, mostly laid to lawn, with a central patio area with furniture, and a large raised decking area which is also furnished.

This van is situated close to the entrance to the park, ideal if you don’t want to travel too far to the amenities. Across the road and through the dunes and you will stumble across about 5 or so miles of sandy beach , stretching from Brean Down , a local headland run by The National Trust , all the way to Burnham-on-Sea , which for the majority is available to dog walking all year round .

Parking is directly outside van and is ample for 2 small family cars.

The park is a large family run park and boasts a wealth of facilities to rival the well-known holiday parks in the UK. There is the indoor pool and splash areas , with outdoor water park in the summer months , soft play area , night time entertainment , featuring both in house entertainment team and regular visiting acts , markets , car boot sales , fishing , horse riding , golf course and Brean Theme Park with its funfair.
