Caravan B1 is one of our prestige range, a 3-bedroom six berth caravan. This unusual striking looking caravan is conveniently located in a central position on the park close to the supermarket and just a short walk to the entertainment complex and beyond to the beach in one direction or a little further for the water park golf funfair etc in another. B1 has three bedrooms, a double with triple wardrobe, vanity unit overbed storage and wall lights. The twin has a large single wardrobe again with wall light and overbed storage. The third bedroom has cross over bunks with a handy cupboard under the upper bunk, this bedroom also has an additional TV. The shower room has recently had a large new shower cubicle fitted. There is also a little utility room housing a small automatic washing machine, ideal for giving your favourite holiday outfit a freshen. The kitchen is spacious with a large range style cooker, integrated fridge freezer and microwave. The lounge is of an unusual design, with inglenook style fireplace with electric fire, glass cabinets with mood lighting, and a useful central light fitting with built in ceiling fan. Please note that while this caravan has 3 bedrooms, the lounge sofas will recline, but do not turn into beds, giving B1 a maximum occupancy of 6. Outside there is a fenced garden, mostly laid to lawn but with a small patio area at the top, which is in addition to the raised furnished decking area, immediately outside the caravan is a parking bay that will accommodate up to 2 family sized cars, or one larger one.

The park is a large family run park and boasts a wealth of facilities to rival the well-known holiday parks in the UK. There is the indoor pool and splash areas , with outdoor water park in the summer months , soft play area , night time entertainment , featuring both in house entertainment team and regular visiting acts , markets , car boot sales , fishing , horse riding , golf course and Brean Theme Park with its funfair.
