About the Property

Caravan D14 is one of our three-bedroom eight berth prestige caravans. The double bedroom consists of 2 double wardrobes, vanity unit over-bed storage with incorporated alcoves and bedside cabinets, and under bed storage accessed by raising the bed. The other 2 bedrooms are both twins, one with single wardrobe, one it’s double wardrobe, both have over-bed storage. The lounge seating area also has a pull-out bed giving D14 a sleeping capacity of 8. There is a shower room with separate toilet, the hallway also gives access to the enclosed decking area with furniture which is off the back door. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, full size cooker and fridge freezer. The lounge has fixed seating which adapts into a pull-out bed, TV with DVD player gas fire and cabinets that are fitted with mood lighting. Outside the garden is enclosed with gate to front and double gates to rear giving you the option to park car within the pitch if desired , or outside the pitch if you want to take full advantage of the fenced garden mostly laid to lawn which boasts the large decking area mentioned earlier. This van is also in close proximity to the dog walk, just a short walk away, so ideal for guests wishing to bring along their 4-legged friends.

The park is a large family run park and boasts a wealth of facilities to rival the well-known holiday parks in the UK. There is the indoor pool and splash areas , with outdoor water park in the summer months , soft play area , night time entertainment , featuring both in house entertainment team and regular visiting acts , markets , car boot sales , fishing , horse riding , golf course and Brean Theme Park with its funfair. As a guest of Unity, your passes will gain you entry to the RJs entertainment complex, along with discounts on the water park, funfair and golf.

Across the road and through the dunes and you will stumble across about 5 or so miles of sandy beach , stretching from Brean Down , a local headland run by The National Trust , all the way to Burnham-on-Sea , which for the majority is available to dog walking all year round .
